Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know to get started.

What is PhysicsTrack?

PhysicsTrack is a study tool for physics students. You enter a problem statement in LaTeX, submit your handwritten (or typed, or drawn) solution, and get structured, step-by-step AI feedback — a score, what you got right, what to fix, and the specific kind of mistake you made.

What levels does it support?

Anywhere from high school mechanics to graduate-level field theory. You set your study level when you sign up, and feedback is calibrated accordingly.

How do I submit a solution?

Type LaTeX directly, upload a PDF or photo of your handwritten work, or draw it in the browser (Apple Pencil and touch supported). Whichever is fastest for the problem in front of you.

Does it just solve the problem for me?

No — PhysicsTrack is not a homework solver. It grades work you've already attempted and explains what to fix, so the point is building genuine problem-solving skill rather than getting an answer.

Can I track my textbooks and progress?

Yes. Add your textbooks (or bulk-import a whole PDF) and PhysicsTrack tracks your progress per chapter, rates your skill per topic, and schedules spaced review of the material you've struggled with.

Is there a cost?

PhysicsTrack is free to use today. If that changes in the future, existing users will be notified in advance.
